For years, I tried to logic my way to happiness and harness my emotions. Spoiler alert, it didn’t work. I was tethered, full of hot air, with no lift.
I explored many modalities over the years, and when these three converged, it unlocked my truth. Kinesiology accessed body intelligence, pieces of the truth I could not access through my mind alone. The Enneagram gave me my soul’s roadmap (and confirmed my unapologetic Type 8 energy). And flying hot air balloons taught me the power of presence, perspective, and trusting the winds to shift my direction.
Now I blend all three, body truth, soul wisdom, and the ultimate perspective, to help fierce women cut the tethers, light their fire, and rise. No fluff. No waiting. Just freedom.
